WOSCA has endeavored sustainable Bio- diversity business through Agricultural Producer Company, enhancing livelihood of small producers who are below poverty line For sustainability the program facilitates the producer groups by ensuring synchronized production linkage to optimize production and access different livelihood support infrastructure, orchestrating market to actualize better price. The program also aims to reduce migration and nurturing them to become potential agriculture entrepreneur and support the farm-market eco system. In collaborative effort by Department of Agriculture and Farmers’ Mission Sakti, Department of Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water, ITDA etc efforts are made to create sustainable livelihood for SHGs members through various farm based and livestock rearing interventions. Sustainable and productive livelihood assets are also being created through converging relevant schemes from the departments with the aim to secure livelihood of small and marginal farmers. Emphasis on farmers skill development on crop practice, farm mechanization, creation of irrigation infrastructure, storage system and creation of marketing system at the local level are the key highlight of the program.
